Abstract:

Part 3 continues the description of regular euechinoids belonging to the Stirodonta. The classification of Hemicidaroida is revised, including the new family Pseudocidaridae nov., and the single Cretaceous species of Hemicidaris is described. The Arbacioida, including the new family Glyphopneustidae, are revised and the two species of British Acropeltidae, both belonging to the genus Goniopygus, are described. The classification of Phymosomatoida is discussed, including the families Phymosomatidae, Glyphocyphidae, Emiratiidae, Diplopodiidae nov. and Heterodiadematidae nov. The genera Trochotiara, Tiaromma, Tetragramma, Polydiadema, Allomma and Glyphocyphus, comprising 12 British species, are described. One new species, Allomma wrighti, is described from the Cenomanian.
